Mitä tietoja keräämme

Käsittelemme tietojasi asiakas- tai yhteistyösuhteen hoitamiseksi, työpaikkahakemusten käsittelyyn sekä palveluidemme tai työpaikkojemme markkinoimiseksi.

Asiakkaat, potentiaaliset asiakkaat ja yhteistyökumppanit

Jos olet Funidatan asiakas, potentiaalinen asiakas tai yhteistyökumppani, käsittelemme seuraavia sinua koskevia tietoja:

• Etu- ja sukunimi
• Asiakas- tai kumppaniyrityksen tiedot yhteystietoineen
• Henkilön asema ja yhteystiedot (sähköpostiosoite ja puhelinnumero)
• Henkilön luovuttamat muut tiedot (tiedot asiakaspalautteista, osallistumisista tilaisuuksiin ja uutiskirjeiden tilauksista)

Säilytämme tietoja, jotta voimme pitää sinuun yhteyttä ja palvella sinua paremmin. Asiakkaan yrityksestä keräämme yrityksen tiedot sekä laskutustiedot laskutuksen hoitamiseksi. Mikäli olet yhteistyökumppanimme, säilytämme yhteystietojasi, jotta meidän välinen yhteistyö olisi mahdollisimman sujuvaa.

Työnhakijat

Työnhaku- ja rekrytointiprosessin yhteydessä käsittelemme seuraavia sinua koskevia tietoja:

• Etu- ja sukunimi
• Yhteystiedot (puhelinnumero, sähköpostiosoite)
• Haettava tehtävä
• Vapaaehtoisesti antamasi vapaamuotoiset tiedot itsestäsi ja taustastasi (CV, portfolio, referenssit)

Lisäksi tallennamme rekrytointiprosessin aikana seuraavat tiedot tarkoituksenmukaisessa laajuudessa:

• Arvio soveltuvuudestasi hakemaasi tehtävään tai suostumuksellasi muihin avoimiin tehtäviimme
• Kanssasi käyty viestintä ja haastattelutilanteessa kerätyt tiedot
• Mahdollisten suosittelijoidesi antamat tiedot
• Tieto rekrytoinnin etenemisestä, lopputuloksesta ja mahdollisen rekrytointiin sisältyvän tehtävän toteutus
• Mahdollinen palautteemme sinulle, jotta voit kehittyä työssäsi tai työnhaussasi entistäkin paremmaksi

Rekrytointia tehdessämme meille on tärkeää oppia tuntea sinut ja arvioida, olisitko sinä tuleva funidatalainen. Emme kerää henkilörekisteriä, vaan käytämme tietoja rekrytointiprosessissa ja työhakemuksesi käsittelyssä (sisältäen muun muassa rekrytointiprosessin läpiviennin, työhakemuksen arvioinnin, työhaastattelun ja työntekijävalinnan) ja sinun ja Funidatan välistä rekrytointi- ja työnhakuvaiheen aikaista yhteydenpitoa varten sekä mahdollisen perehdytyksen ja työsuhteen aloituksen tukemiseen.

Henkilötietoja kerätään lähtökohtaisesti vain henkilöltä itseltään, kun hän lähettää työhakemuksen rekrytointijärjestelmämme Teamtailorin kautta. Henkilötietoja voidaan kerätä myös erilaisista palveluista, joita rekisteröity käyttää (rekrytointijärjestelmän chat-palvelu, Jobillan rekrytointipalvelu) sekä erilaisten rekrytointitapahtumien yhteydessä. Henkilön suostumuksella tietoja voidaan saada myös muista lähteistä esimerkiksi henkilön nimeämiltä suosittelijoilta.

Tietojen säilyttäminen

Asiakkaat, potentiaaliset asiakkaat ja yhteistyökumppanit

Käsittelemme tietoja vain niin kauan kuin tarvitsemme niitä rekisterin tarkoituksen mukaisessa toiminnassa. Poistamme rekisteristä kaikki tarpeettomat henkilötiedot kahden vuoden välein.

Sähköpostimarkkinointilistaltamme pääset poistumaan itse jokaisessa lähettämässämme markkinointisähköpostissa olevan poistumislinkin kautta.

Työnhakijat

Työhakemukset ja työnhakijarekisterin tiedot säilyvät meillä 12 kuukauden ajan hakupäivästä, jonka jälkeen työnhakija voi itse antaa luvan säilyttää hakemusta pidempään rekrytointijärjestelmässä. Sinulla on mahdollisuus uusia lupa tietojesi säilyttämiseen ennen tietojesi poistamista. Ennen luvan vanhenemista saat meiltä sähköpostin, jossa sinun on aktiivisesti uusittava lupa (opt-in), jos haluat jatkaa henkilötietojesi säilyttämistä. Mikäli et halua uusia suostumusta, hakemuksesi ja henkilötietosi poistuvat.    

Hakijoilla on oikeus perua suostumuksensa milloin tahansa ottamalla yhteyttä rekisterinpitäjään. Tämän oikeuden käyttäminen tarkoittaa sitä, ettei hakija voi hakea tiettyä työpaikkaa tai muuten käyttää rekrytointijärjestelmäämme.

Työnhakuun liittyvien tietojen rekisteröintiin liittyvät kysymykset voit lähettää osoitteeseen rekry@funidata.fi.

Rekisterin suojaus

Rekisterin tiedot säilytetään sähköisessä muodossa tietojärjestelmissä ja varmistamme tietoturvallisuuden asianmukaisin toimenpitein. Rekisterin tietoja pääsevät käyttämään ne henkilöt, joiden työtehtävien kannalta tietojen hyödyntäminen on oleellista.

Työnhakijoiden tietoihin pääseminen on rajattu vain Funidatan rekrytointiin osallistuville työntekijöille tai kumppaneille, joiden työtehtävät edellyttävät rekisterissä olevien tietojen käsittelyä.

Oikeutesi

Sinulla on seuraavat oikeudet, joiden käyttämistä koskevat pyynnöt tulee tehdä osoitteeseen info@funidata.fi

• Oikeus tarkastaa, mitä sinua koskevia tietoja on tallennettu.
• Oikeus pyytää sinua koskevien henkilötietojen korjaamista.
• Oikeus vaatia sinua koskevien henkilötietojen poistamista.
• Oikeus siirtää tiedot johonkin toiseen järjestelmään, silloin kun tiedot ovat sinun itsesi toimittamia ja tietojen käsittely perustuu suostumukseen tai sopimukseen.
• Oikeus kieltää sinuun kohdistuva suoramarkkinointi tai rajoittaa kiistanalaisten tietojen käsittelyä kunnes asia saadaan ratkaistua.
• Oikeus vastustaa henkilötietojesi käsittelyä, mikäli koet, että olemme käsitelleet henkilötietojasi lainvastaisesti tai että meillä ei ole oikeutta käsitellä henkilötietojasi.
• Oikeus tehdä valitus henkilötietojesi käsittelystä valvontaviranomaiselle.

Evästeet ja analytiikka

Käytämme evästeitä ja analytiikkaa sivustomme ja sen käyttökokemuksen kehittämiseen sekä markkinointiin. Jos haluat kieltää evästeiden käytön, voit tehdä sen muuttamalla selaimesi asetuksia.

What data we collect and process

We collect and process certain personal data about you to take care of our customer relationship or partnership, to process job applications or to promote our services and open job positions.

Customers, Potential Customers and Partners

If you are a customer, a potential customer or a partner of Funidata, we process the following personal data about you:

• First name and surname
• Information about the customer organisation or partner organisation, including contact details
• Title and contact information (email address and phone number)
• Other given information (information collected from customer feedback, participation in events and newsletter orders)

We store your data to be able to contact you and to be of better service to you. Regarding customer companies, we collect basic company information and billing information to take care of invoicing. If you are our partner, we store your data to make our cooperation as smooth as possible.

Applicants

If you apply for a job at Funidata, we collect the following data about you:

• First name and surname
• Contact information (phone number, email address)
• Applied job position
• Further information you provide voluntarily and in free form about yourself and your background (CV, portfolio, references)

In addition, we store the following data in an appropriate extent during the recruitment process:

• An evaluation on your suitability for the position you apply for or with your consent, for our other open positions
• Communication between you and us and information collected in an interview
• Information given by your potential references
• Information about the progress and outcome of the recruitment process and about a potential exercise completed during the process
• The potential feedback we give you to help you become even more proficient in your job or job search

While recruiting, it is important for us to get to know you and evaluate if you would be a future member of the Funidata family. We do not collect a person register. Instead, we use the collected data in the recruitment process, in the evaluation of your application (which includes, inter alia, the course of the recruitment process, evaluation of the job application, job interview and selection of an employee), and in the communication between you and us during the recruitment and application processes and to support both a potential introduction to the job and the start of an employment relationship.

Personal information is principally collected only from the person themselves when they submit a job application through our recruitment system, Teamtailor. Personal data can also be collected from various services used by the applicant (such as the chat service of the recruitment system, Jobilla's recruitment service), and during various recruitment events. With the persons's consent, information can also be collected from other sources, e.g. references named by the person.

Storing the data

Customers, Potential Customers and Partners

We store data only for as long as necessary for the appropriate purposes. We review the necessity of our data regularly and erase all unnecessary personal data from our register every two years.

You can unsubscribe from our email marketing list by clicking the link included in every marketing email we send.

Applicants

Job applications and information in the job applicant register are retained for 12 months from the application date, after which the applicant can personally grant permission to retain the application for a longer period in the recruitment system. You have the option to renew your consent for the retention of your data before it is deleted. Before the consent expires, you will receive an email from us in which you must actively renew your consent (opt-in) if you wish to continue retaining your personal data. If you do not wish to renew your consent, your application and personal data will be deleted.

Applicants have the right to withdraw their consent at any time by contacting our data controller. Exercising this right means that the applicant cannot apply for a specific job or otherwise use our recruitment system.

Register security

The register's information is stored electronically in information systems, and we ensure data security with appropriate measures. Access to the register's information is limited to those individuals whose job responsibilities necessitate the use of the information.

Access to job applicants' information is restricted to Funidata employees or partners involved in recruitment, whose job duties require handling the data contained in the register.

Your rights

• Right to check what personal data we have stored about you
• Right to have your personal data rectified
• Right to demand the deletion of your personal data
• Right to transfer the data to some other system when they have been submitted by you and their processing is based on consent or contract.
• Right to forbid direct marketing targeted at you or restrict the processing of controversial data until the matter is resolved.
• Right to oppose the processing of your personal data if you believe that we have processed them illegally or that we do not have the right to process them.
• Right to make a complaint to a supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data.
